Description
Antique 19th century Victorian ring set with five old mine cut diamonds weighing .95 carats total within a 18K yellow gold setting. Inside the band are multiple hallmarks, including the crown mark, indicating gold and a symbol used in England prior to 1894, followed by the “18” mark denoting 18K yellow gold. The band also bears a shield shaped hallmark that appears to correspond to the Chester assay office, along with a date letter “O” that corresponds to the year of assay.
