Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you are unsure about your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to discuss the return or exchange. We’ll send you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns without our knowledge which are then lost/stolen in transit, are the sender's responsibility.

Once we receive your item, you’ll be automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@vintageengagementring.com

International Returns

We do not offer free return shipping on international orders. International customers are responsible for insured returned shipments, as well as all duties/taxes/tariffs that VER might incur by receiving the return.
